Over six months in 2024, the Nuclear Truth Project held special events ‘In Conversation’ with affected community members, survivors, activists and allies working for nuclear justice.
Hiroshima Remembered
The final In Conversation Series for 2024 was an intimate story telling session with two remarkable speakers – Mitchie Takeuchi and Kazuyo Yamane. Both Mitchie and Kazuyo have intergenerational insights into nuclear violence, with parents, grandparents and other family members having survived the bombing of Hiroshima in 1945.
